Browns Plan To Interview Eagles OC Marty Mornhinweg

Per Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer’s latest tweet:

RT @MaryKayCabot: #Browns plan 2 interview Eagles OC Marty Mornhinweg, according 2 Reuben Frank of comcast sportsnet.com. Will have 2 wait ’til next week.#nfl

Mornhinweg’s name has been tossed out early and often, and he makes a lot of sense, considering he has worked with Browns’ GM Tom Heckert in the past. Mornhinweg is best known for taking the wind in a Detroit Lions playoff game, but has had a lot of success with the Eagles since joining the team in 2003. He has been the OC since 2006.

Browns President Mike Holmgren also has ties to Mornhinweg, and is represented by the same agent, Bob LaMonte.
