The game between the Cleveland Browns and Seattle Seahawks today features two evenly matched teams. Both teams are scoring about 18 points a game, averaging just over 80 yards rushing a game and both teams will be replacing key players with injures.
For the Browns, outside linebacker Kaluka Maiava will start in place of Scott Fujita. Maiava has been a special teams player throughout his career. He saw considerable playing time in 2009, but missed most of last season with a knee injury.
The Seahawks are replacing quarterback Tarvaris Jackson with backup Charlie Whitehurst. Seattle has been running a no-huddle offense that has brought on much more scoring. In the six quarters the no-huddle has been used, Seattle has scored 57 points. The team has scored 37 points.
The key to today's game could be Browns special teams ace Josh Cribbs. Seattle kicker Steve Hauschka has only nine touchbacks this season, so Cribbs will finally get a chance to take back some kicks.
