The latest SBNation NFL Power Rankings are out and there is no surprise that the Green Bay Packers are on top after a more-than-convincing 45-7 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football.  The San Francisco 49ers remained in the No. 2 spot after a 27-20 win over the New York Giants.

As for the Cleveland Browns?  Well, after a 13-12 loss to the St. Louis Rams, the Browns are beginning to drop towards the bottom.

27. Cleveland Browns (3-6, LW: 24): It has to be frustrating for Browns fans to look over in the division at the Bengals and see them putting together a franchise turnaround in just one season.

Personally I'd have the Browns even lower.  I'd have a hard time considering the Browns a favorite over any of the teams below them, save for the Indianapolis Colts.  To be fair, the Browns have beaten the Colts and the Miami Dolphins(No. 31), but were beat by the Rams(No. 29) in their building.

As for the rest of the AFC North, the Baltimore Ravens fell from No. 3 to No. 5 after their road loss to the Seattle Seahawks while the Pittsburgh Steelers moved up three spots, from No. 9 to No. 6 after their win over the Cincinnati Bengals.  Andy Dalton and company fell two spots from No. 7 to No. 9 after falling to 6-3 on the season.
