Jacksonville beat the league's worst team on the road last week and gets arguably the second worst in Week 11. The Jaguars visit Cleveland and they are 4-1 SU lifetime at the Dawg Pound. The Browns have scored 40 points TOTAL in their past four games and this one reeks of UNDER potential.

Cleveland managed only four field goals last week in a 13-12 loss to the Rams. Jacksonville's offense wasn't explosive against Indianapolis, but it was enough in a 17-3 win.
