Week 12 NFL Power Rankings: Fox Sports Keeps Browns At No. 31

The Cleveland Browns had a tough game out against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but in the end, they were able to come out with the win. Unfortunately, it was an ugly win that the Jaguars almost took for themselves, so there has been little movement in the weekly power rankings. They've gone up in a couple of them, went down in one, and have mostly stayed put near the back-end of the rankings.

Fox Sports maintains their position:

31. OK, maybe kicker Phil Dawson isn't their best player.

That's in reference to last week, when Brian Billick said that it was a bad sign that Dawson was the best player on their offense. Now that Dawson missed a couple of kicks (it should have been a bigger win for Cleveland), Billick has apparently rescinded that statement. Now, the Browns have been relying on Colt McCoy, and with Peyton Hillis set to miss yet another game, they'll have to do it even more.
