Browns quarterback Colt McCoy is 8-of-18 passing for 102 yards and two touchdowns. He connected with Jordan Norwood in the first quarter on a 24-yard touchdown.
McCoy’s counterpart Andy Dalton is 8-of-10 for 87 yards in the first half.
The Bengals will get the ball to start the third quarter.
