Peyton Hillis Injury Update: Hillis Practices With Team On Thursday

There's some good news on the Peyton Hillis injury front, after Wednesday came through as somewhat of a downer. First, we had heard that Hillis was going to practice with the team and take part in drills, but it was soon confirmed that Hillis was only working with a trainer in some capacity, and didn't work out with the team at all.

Now, according to Mary Kay Cabot, Hillis is back practicing with the team:

#Browns RB Peyton Hillis practiced in full pads, took part in team drills, looked good.

Last time Hillis practiced in some variety or another was last Wednesday before the 49ers game, and he experienced tightness in his injured hamstring. That led to no practice the following Thursday and eventually, he would miss the game against San Francisco. Practicing again is a good sign, especially with the rest of the team, and speaks a lot to his potential status for the team's next game.
