The Cleveland browns were officially eliminated from playoff consideration this week, but they can still factor greatly into the playoff race. There next game comes against one of the hottest teams in the NFL, as the Arizona Cardinals have surged into contention for one of the two NFC wild cards slots. The Cardinals are still two games out with three to play, but they have won five of their last six games after losing five straight.
The final two games of the season will factor into the divisional race. Cleveland plays at Baltimore, then at home against Pittsburgh to finish the year. Both Baltimore and Pittsburgh are tied not only for the NFC North lead, but for home field advantage in the AFC playoffs. Baltimore does hold the tiebreaker based on a season sweep of Pittsburgh. the tight race could come down to both team's games with the Browns. Cleveland lost their last two games to Baltimore and Pittsburgh, however.
