Week 15 NFL Power Rankings: Fox Sports Moves Browns Up Three Spots

It's been a rough season for the Cleveland Browns, and especially quarterback Colt McCoy. He's likely battling for his starting job going into next season, and the fact that he suffered a concussion off of a brutal hit in their last game against the Pittsburgh Steelers isn't helping things one bit. Cleveland is looking for players to step up and play well to show they belong heading into next season, and that's going to be awfully hard to do when you're not medically cleared to play.

Fox Sports actually moved Cleveland up three spots in their Week 15 NFL power rankings:

27. His receivers finally made some plays for him, but qb Colt McCoy is just nothing more than a backup QB in the NFL. Priority No. 1 for head coach Pat Shurmur is to find a franchise QB this offseason . . . even if that means trading away the farm to get him

They were moved up because the receivers did play well, and also because some other teams played pretty poorly. Brian Billick is clearly not a fan of Colt McCoy. He just may be right.
