Colt McCoy Injury: Mike Holmgren To Address Media

With the questions surrounding the Cleveland browns for the way they handled Colt McCoy's concussion last Thursday evening, the Browns themselves have decided to address the media. According to the Browns' official Twitter account, president Mike Holmgren will address the media live on ClevelandBrowns.com at 11:45 a.m. today:

Holmgren is expected to address the situation concerning McCoy's re-entry into the game. The NFL has been investigating how the Cleveland coaches and training staff evaluated McCoy, especially in light of information that McCoy does not remember much after the hit and had more severe concussion-like symptoms following the hit by Pittsburgh's James Harrison. Harrison has been suspended by the NFL for one game, and will miss Monday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Browns coach Pat Shurmur has been adamant that the team followed procedure in evaluating McCoy.
