The Baltimore Ravens have dictated the action and dominated the time of possession against the Cleveland Browns, yet the Ravens were only able to muster up a 10-0 lead at halftime.
The Ravens continue to be able to run right at the Browns, pounding the ball with a combination of Ray Rice and Ricky Williams. Baltimore bogged down in the red zone after a 12-play, 78 yard drive moved the ball inside the Cleveland 20-yard line and the Browns completely dodged a bullet when Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff pushed a 34-yard field goal attempt wide right.
The Ravens turned to the pass to move the ball into Cleveland territory toward the end of the half, but Cundiff missed again from 41 yards with a minute left in the half.
Cleveland quarterback Colt McCoy returned run the Browns offense after leaving the game in the first quarter. The Browns weren't able to move the ball against the stout Ravens defense in the second quarter and then McCoy threw an interception to Ravens corner Jimmy Smith with that was returned to the Browns 15 yard line .
Again the Browns were able to keep Baltimore out of the end zone, but Cundiff finally made a short, 21-yard field goal to put Baltimore up 10-0.
The Browns only have 93 total yards on offense while the Ravens have 158 yards on the ground led by Rice (107 yards) and Williams (47 yards).
