UPDATE: Browns Trail Dolphins 10-7 At The Half

The Miami Dolphins lead the Browns 10-7 at halftime at Cleveland Browns Stadium as Cleveland tries to overcome the absence of running back Peyton Hillis due to strep throat.

Miami took the lead in the first quarter when Chad Henne hit Daniel Thomas with a 10-yard TD pass with 8:09 left, but the Browns tied the score at 7-7 on a Colt McCoy to Joshua Cribbs 33-yard strike midway through the second period.

The Dolphins regained the lead at 10-7 with less than a minute left in the half on a 23-yard field goal from Dan Carpenter.

Miami has it all over the Browns in the statistical battle so far, with 12 first downs to only 5 for the Browns, and the Dolphins have 234 total yards to 99 for Cleveland.

Henne is 15-of-19 for 191 yards, while McCoy is 5-of-14 for 73 yards and an interception.

Thomas is the leading rusher with 50 yards in 12 carries, while for the Browns Montario Hardesty has 25 yards on six carries.
