Browns vs. Bengals score: Cincinnati, Cleveland tied 7-7 early in second quarter

Having traded big passing plays, the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals are tied 7-7 early in the second quarter of Sunday afternoon's game. The Browns have more yardage and more time of possession so far, but a couple of long passes ultimately have dictated the score so far.

Midway through the first quarter, the Browns committed their lone turnover of the game so far when defensive end Michael Johnson intercepted Brandon Weeden's pass, giving the Bengals strong field position. Cincinnati's offense quickly struck from there when Andy Dalton found Jermaine Gresham over the middle:

That 55-yard pass gave Cincinnati a 7-0 advantage midway through the first period, but Weeden responded on the first play of the second quarter by finding Josh Gordon for a 71-yard touchdown pass. The longest completion of the rookie quarterback's short career, it's also one of the biggest plays of the season for the Browns so far.

Early in the second quarter, Weeden has completed 7-of-11 passes for 132 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Numbers like that should eventually get Cleveland in the win column.
