The Cleveland Browns put up a fight against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, only losing 23-16, but they remain dead last in all the NFL power rankings from around the Internet; the same place they were ranked last week.

In Joel Thorman's power rankings at SB Nation, the Browns stay put at 32nd:

32. Cleveland Browns (LW: 32, 0-4): The Browns and Saints remain as the NFL's only winless teams.

The Browns and Saints may both be winless, but with the Saints' high preseason ranking and capable offense, the Browns are firmly entrenched in their 32nd-place ranking. They hold that spot at ESPN, NFL.com, Fox Sports and CBS Sports as well. At least Pete Prisco at CBS gives the Browns some slight praise with their spot in the basement:

The Browns might be down here, but they have to be encouraged by Brandon Weeden's improvement. He did some good things against the Ravens.

Cleveland hopes Weeden can improve enough to get them into the win column and out of the power rankings cellar when they take on the New York Giants on Sunday.
