The Cleveland Browns released their official injury report on Friday, running back Trent Richardson (ribs) is listed as questionable for the team's Week 8 matchup against the San Diego Chargers. Earlier in the week, ESPN's Ed Werder suggested the team could shut down Richardson through their Week 10 bye, but the young running back engaged in limited participation on Wednesday and Thursday and then had full participation on Friday.

Richardson suffered the injury in Week 6 and left that contest against the Bengals, but then he returned in Week 7 against the Colts with a limited workload. He will probably won't get a full set of carries if he does play on Sunday, but the reports from Friday's practice were certainly encouraging.

In other injury news, DT Ahtyba Rubin (calf) is listed as out while WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) is questionable along with safety Tashaun Gipson.

The list of 'probable' players stands at 16, so here is a complete rundown of that list, via Nate Ulrich of Ohio.com:

CB Johnson Bademosi (hip), WR Travis Benjamin (hamstring), LB Tank Carder (foot), LG John Greco (ankle), RB Montario Hardesty (knee), DT John Hughes (knee), OL Ryan Miller (illness), RB Chris Ogbonnaya (chest/ribs), DE Juqua Parker (shoulder/illness), DE Frostee Rucker (shoulder), OL Jarrod Shaw (illness), CB Buster Skrine (hand), S Ray Ventrone (hand/calf), SS T.J. Ward (hand/shoulder), FS Usama Young (hamstring) and LS Christian Yount (shoulder).

The Browns are set to take on a well-rested San Diego Chargers team in Week 8.
