NFL odds and lines Week 5: Browns vs. Giants

Of the 14 NFL games this week, the Cleveland Browns will be getting more points as an underdog than any team but one. The San Francisco 49ers are 11.5-point favorites at home against the Buffalo Bills, but just behind that game is Cleveland's, where the Browns will be 10-point underdogs on the road vs. the New York Giants, according to Oddshark.

The Browns are 0-4 this season, but they've played every opponent close and are thus 2-1-1 on the season against the spread. That could bode well for bettors looking to take the Browns, but Vegas, at least, is wagering that Cleveland will suffer only their second double-digit loss of the season. The Giants, meanwhile, have been good for Vegas -- their real-life record stands at 2-2, but they're only 1-3 vs. the spread this season.

Vegas is also projecting a rather low-scoring game, as the over/under for Sunday's game is set only at 44. If both New York and Cleveland scored the amount of points on Sunday that they're averaging per game on the season, the total would come to 47.
