The Cleveland Browns remain winless and near the bottom of all the NFL power rankings from around the web. The Browns got out to a 14-0 lead over the New York Giants and looked like they might get their first win of the season before crumbling and losing 41-27. However, despite being the only winless team in the league, they are not last in everyone's power rankings.

In Joel Thorman's power rankings at SB Nation, the Browns beat out the Tennessee Titans, and he offers a little hope to Cleveland fans:

31. Cleveland Browns (LW: 32, 0-5): The Browns gave the Giants a run for their money early on, but that didn't last. The good news is that Brandon Weeden gets a little better each time he plays. Promising for the future.

Pete Prisco of CBS Sports also has the Browns at 31st, ahead of the Oakland Raiders and says the Cleveland offense actually looks promising. Elliot Harrison at NFL.com and the ESPN rankings both have the Browns in last place however. Cleveland hosts division-rival Cincinnati in Week 6 and needs to get a win at some point or they will certainly end the season in last place in all the power rankings.
