The Cleveland Browns entered their Week 13 matchup with the Oakland Raiders with few injuries, and they escaped the outing with a win, and without anybody extra getting hurt. Running back Trent Richardson was the biggest name on the injury report heading into the game, but he did end up playing.
Richardson was dealing with chest, ribs and finger injuries, according to the official injury report. He also was a full participant in practice all week, but was listed as probable to play on Friday. On Sunday, he certainly didn't look hurt, though he didn't put up amazing stats.
He picked up 72 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown, but he did carry the ball 20 times. Montario Hardesty was his backup, and he only touched the ball five times, so it's clear Richardson wasn't feeling the effects of his injury too badly. After the game, there were no reports of him straining any of his injuries.
Safety Usama Young missed the game with a head injury, but there are no status updates for him just yet.
