With the 2012 NFL regular season in the books, the order for the first 20 selections of the 2013 NFL draft is now set. The Cleveland Browns finished the year 5-11, earning them the No. 6 selection in the first round. Kansas City will have the No. 1 overall pick following a 2-14 campaign, and the Jacksonville Jaguars will pick second. Oakland, Philadelphia and Detroit round out the top five.
Last year, the Browns traded up to the No. 3 spot in the first round, where they selected running back Trent Richardson; they also picked up quarterback Brandon Weeden in that opening round. Cleveland has had a total of five top-10 picks over the last 10 drafts.
