The wait is almost over as Super Bowl XVLI finally kicks off on Sunday evening after a 10-day party in Indianapolis, as the New York Giants and New England Patriots are ready to play the big game at Lucas Oil Stadium.
NBC will televise the football spectacle with their pre-game show beginning at 2:00 p.m. ET which should provide a nice level of background noise as Super Bowl revelers gather at their favorite watering hole or house party. The actual game broadcast starts at 6:00 p.m. ET with player introductions, the coin flip and Kelly Clarkson's rendition of the national anthem leading up to kick off at 6:30 p.m.
