Super Bowl Recipies: Make A Mean Mexican Dip In A Hurry

Hey, we all like watching the Super Bowl, but it wouldn't be the same without all the awesome food that's always on the table. While everyone gets pizza, wings and traditional chips and dip, we have something special for you that doesn't take any work at all. It's called the "Mexican Mess Bean Dip", it uses just four ingredients and can be ready in 15 or 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1 cup salsa. Medium or hot usually works best, but go with your preference.
4 ounces green chilies
1 cup cheese, shredded. Any kind works, but a Mexican or taco blend will work best.

Directions:

1. Spray a pie plate.
2. Mix all ingredients and place in pie plate.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or hot in the center.
4. Add extra cheese and anything else you want on top.

Many enjoy the dip with avocado, peppers or extra cheese on top, but go with whatever you think will work best. I would think some shredded or ground beef would work great if you have it on hand, as well. If you have leftovers, many have said it goes great the next day heated up in a tortilla shell.
