NFL Free Agency 2012: Matt Flynn Will Visit Seattle Seahawks, Ben Tate Trade Talks Still Just 'Rumblings'

The Browns appear to be out of the chase for Matt Flynn, as more and more comes out that the Browns are not in pursuit and the Packers quarterback is receiving interest from the Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins. Adam Schefter tweeted this morning that Flynn has already scheduled a visit with the Seahawks:

NFL Network's Albert Breer supplemented that report, but also said that two unnamed teams remain interested in the career backup quarterback.

While we have yet to hear any word about scheduled visits to Berea, Alex Marvez did report that guard Artis Hicks had a visit scheduled in South Florida:

The only real news about the Browns adding players came from a nugget in a report from Will Burge at ESPNCleveland, who said there were rumblings of a potential trade with the Houston Texans for running back Ben Tate. The Browns could be looking to add Tate with Peyton Hillis potentially on his way out. But The Fan's Keith Britton reported that his Tate's agent could not confirm those trade talks at this point:
