NFL Mock Draft 2012: Ryan Tannehill Climbing Up To Browns At No. 4?

In Russ Lande's latest NFL Mock Draft at Sporting News, the Cleveland Browns will select Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill with the fourth overall pick.

The team's public statements supporting Colt McCoy as their quarterback sound too much like the classic "vote of confidence" given to coaches. Expect them to draft Tannehill.

Tannehill, 6-foot-4, 222 pounds, threw for 3,745 yards in his senior season at Texas A&M, completing 61.4% of his passes. He connected for 29 touchdown passes net to 15 interceptions.

The Browns failed in their attempts to move up to the second pick to select Robert Griffin III. Holmgren expressed his disappointment that Cleveland failed to make the trade, however he has said his efforts to move up in no way reflect on his judgement of Colt McCoy as a player.
