Cleveland Browns receiver Jordan Norwood signed his tender with the team, according to CBS Cleveland.
Norwood, who last season was an undrafted rookie out of Penn State, was an exclusive rights player this offseason.
In 2011, Norwood played in 14 games and logged four starts. He had 23 catches for 268 yards and a touchdown.
Norwood had an accomplished career at PSU. He had at least 32 receptions in each of his four seasons. As a senior, he was All-Big Ten honorable mention after catching 41 passes for 637 yards and six TDs.
Norwood's best game last season came in a Week 12 loss to Cincinnati. He had four catches for 69 yards, including a 36-yarder that went for a TD.
