With their second pick of the third day, No. 120 and the 25 pick of Round 4, the Cleveland Browns selected Nevada linebacker James-Michael Johnson. Tom Heckert finally drafted a receiver with their No. 5 pick in Round 4, and he decided to go back to the other side of the ball with his second pick of the round. It was a pick acquired from the Broncos, and Johnson was incredibly productive player in the WAC last season. At 6'1 and 241 pounds, he is a sure tackler and hits the ball carriers with significant force. He is a tackling machine who will work nicely on the inside against the run with D'Qwell Jackson.
The Browns have now made all their scheduled picks in Round 4, but just two of their seven selections on the final day of the draft. Their next pick will be the 25th of Round 5, No. 160 overall.
