The reports of pre-draft visits continue to trickle out. The Cleveland Browns had already hosted David Wilson, Lavonte David, and Kendall Wright this week. The Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot is now reporting that Matt Kalil, the massive offensive tackle from Southern Cal, will be in Berea this week as well.
Many project Kalil to go No. 3 overall to the Minnesota Vikings. But the Vikes may try and trade out of that spot if teams are aggressively trying to move up to take Ryan Tannehill, Trent Richardson, or Justin Blackmon. But some mocks have the Browns taking Kalil at No. 4 if he falls. General Manager Tom Heckert told the media last week that he would have to take a good look at Kalil if the tackle is available. The Browns would put him at right tackle opposite Joe Thomas, instantly setting up perhaps the best tackle duo in the league.
