Witnesses No More; Cleveland Takes Center Stage On New Banner

We all remember the images of the LeBron James banner being removed piece by piece from the Sherwin-Williams building downtown. (Yes, for those that don't know, the James banner was located on the world headquarters for Sherwin-Williams Paint Co.)  It had become such a fixture in the city landscape that its absence seemed to be a gaping hole across the city.

The new banner - one that focuses on the city of Cleveland - has replaced the 'Witness' sign.  Unfurled yesterday, the 10-story vinyl-mesh wall banner is a celebration of who we are, and the pride we have in where we come from.

'Our Home Since 1866.  Our Pride Forever' adorns the black-and-white banner.
