Four Cavs are already in double figures, led by Ramon Sessions with 14 and followed closely by Daniel Gibson with 13 off the bench. Anthony Parker has 12, and J.J. Hickson rounded out the double-figures quartet with 11. Gibson also has six assists, while Sessions leads with four boards.
Beno Udrih is pacing the Kings with 12.
