Kyrie Irving is gaining confidence and becoming an All-Star caliber player right before Cleveland fans' eyes. The point guard was tentative early in his NBA rookie season, but has let the game come to him in recent weeks and looks to be trusting his shot and his drive a lot more.
↵The Cavs may still be a long way from becoming a real contender in the league, and have glaring weaknesses (especially at the wing positions), but all of that fades to the background when Irving makes plays like this. I don't worry about draft position, trades, personnel or expectations. I just watch as a number one pick makes a play that number one picks are supposed to make, and enjoy the ride.
