NBA schedule 2012: Cavaliers play two games this weekend

The Cleveland Cavaliers look to break a streak of four straight losses this weekend with back-to-back games on Saturday and Sunday.

Losers of four straight, the Cleveland Cavaliers hope to find their way back into the win column this weekend with games on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Cavaliers, 2-6, host the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Mavericks are out to a 5-4 start without their superstar Dirk Nowitzki and have relied on a cast of newcomers while Nowitzki recovers from arthroscopic knee surgery.

On Sunday, Cleveland hits the road to take on the Philadelphia 76ers at 6 p.m. ET. The Sixers are 4-4 and have had an up-and-down season thus far, giving the Detroit Pistons their first win of the year on Wednesday.

It will be a challenging weekend for the rest of the Central Division as the Bulls face the Clippers and the Pacers take on the Knicks.
