The Cavaliers have two games on their schedule this week. On Monday night, they go up to Detroit to play the Pistons, and return home on Wednesday to face the Chicago Bulls. The Cavs have an opportunity to right the ship somewhat with two games against division opponents, but it will be tough to do so without Kyrie Irving, who is still recuperating from a broken finger. The Cavs were able to snap a four-game losing streak on Friday night when they beat the Hawks down in Atlanta, but lost again on Saturday to the Portland Trail Blazers.
The two biggest games of the week in the NBA for this upcoming week both involve New York teams. On Tuesday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder will visit the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center, and the New York Knicks will travel down to Miami to face the Heat.
