The Cleveland Cavaliers are struggling with point guard Kyrie Irving injured, but have managed to move up slightly in various NBA power rankings from around the web. Anderson Varejao has been the lone bright spot for the Cavs and has helped them stay out the rankings' cellar this season.

In Seth Rosenthal's power rankings at SB Nation the Cavaliers come in at No. 27. Cleveland is ranked higher in Marc Stein's power rankings at ESPN, where they come in at No. 25. In both John Schuhmann's rankings at NBA.com and Sam Amico's rankings at Fox Sports the Cavs are ranked No. 27. Cleveland receives its lowest ranking from Kurt Helin at Pro Basketball Talk, where they come in at No. 28.

The Cavs overall average ranking is 26.8. Cleveland hopes to get another win this week when they host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, Dec. 5 and the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, Dec. 8.
