Kings Vs. Cavaliers: Cleveland Looks To Bounce Back Against Sacramento

Cleveland looks to return normalcy, win column against Sacramento.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will be happy to get back on the court on Sunday evening when they host the Sacramento Kings at Quicken Loans Arena.

The Cavs had to weather the "circus" coming to town with LeBron James and the Miami Heat spending a few days in Cleveland. Not only did the Heat destroy the Cavs 111-87on Friday, but their former teammate James created quite a commotion by pondering a return to the franchise some time in the future.

Kyrie Irving returned to action after a concussion in Cleveland's win over Indiana on Wednesday, so both Irving and the Cavs will look to let go of the Heat visit and build on that winning effort over the Pacers. Sacramento presents a team that appears to be Western Conference equivalent of the Cavs relying on talented young players that struggle with consistency.

Marcus Thornton (17.7 ppg), Tyreke Evans (17.3 ppg) and DeMarcus Cousins (16.6 ppg) give the Kings a balanced attack and a variety of ways to challenge opposing defenses.

Irving (18.2 ppg) and Antawn Jamison (16.6 ppg) lead the way for Cleveland but they will need a strong effort from center Semih Erden to make up for the injured Anderson Varejao.

The game tips off at 6:00 p.m. ET.
