Cleveland Cavaliers Recall Luke Harangody From Canton Charge

The Cleveland Cavaliers have recalled forward Luke Harangody from their D-League affiliate, the Canton Charge, according to Cavaliers general manager Chris Grant.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have recalled forward Luke Harangody from the Canton Charge, the Cavaliers exclusively owned and operated NBA Development League team, Cavaliers General Manager Chris Grant announced today.

Harangody finished a stretch of four games in four nights on Monday when the Charge defeated the Springfield Armor in the D-League quarterfinals. On April 13, Harangody led the Charge to a Game 1 victory over the Armor with 16 points and nine rebounds. On Saturday, the Cavaliers recalled Harangody and he earned the start, registering 16 points and 10 rebounds in a Cleveland win.

Harangody travelled back to Springfield for the second and third games of Canton's quarterfinal matchup with Springfield. He scored 26 points in Canton's loss on Sunday, before finishing with seven points and 10 rebounds on Monday.

The second-year forward has played in 16 games with Cleveland this season, averaging 2.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 9.7 minutes per game. He is available for the Cavaliers' game Wednesday versus Philadelphia.
