Neither the Cleveland Cavaliers or Toronto Raptors will be making the playoffs this season, but to check their recent form you would think that the Raptors are world beaters relatively to Cleveland. The Cavs have lost a miserable nine straight games in a row as injuries and a simple lack of star talent outside of a great rookie duo have started to take their toll on the tired Cavs, while the Raptors have improved as of late with three straight victories.
Sure, two of those wins were against the worst teams in the league -- Charlotte and Washington -- but even those are games that the Cavaliers haven't been able to turn into W's lately.
Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson will once again be the names to watch as Cleveland tries to dig itself out of the whole that it has dug itself into. Cleveland has lost every game to Toronto this season, scoring well under 90 points in each affair. At the very least, the draft pick situation is starting to look mighty fine for the Cavaliers as they try to build a young and supremely talented group around the big two of Irving and Thompson.
The game will be at Air Canada Centre at 7:30 p.m. ET.
