Indians pitcher Reyes feels elbow discomfort

Vying for the fifth and final spot on the Indians starting rotation, right-hander Anthony Reyes’ attempt at a strong comeback season will be put on hold for the next couple of days after feeling pain in his pitching elbow. Reyes will take the next couple of days off, though there is no ligament damage. “He’s fine. The ligament is perfect. He is going to take a few days off and we’ll go from there.” said manager Manny Acta. Reyes was examined by Dr. Lewis Yocum, the same doctor who performed the Tommy John surgery on Reyes back in 2009.
