Indians' 2012 Schedule Is Announced; Season Opens Vs. Toronto April 5

You do know what 204 days from today is, correct?

↵

Yes, that is the day the Cleveland Indians begin next season against the Toronto Blue Jays at Progressive Field, as outlined in their complete 2012 schedule.

↵

It will be nice to see the Tribe start with someone other than the White Sox and Mark Buehrle, but have no fear, the Chisox are in town April 9-11. Surely we will see Buehrle then.

↵

There are 18 interleague games on the slate, including nine at home. The Miami Marlins (newly renamed in 2012) visit first on May 18-20, the Pittsburgh Pirates are in town June 15-17, and are followed by the Cincinnati Reds on June 18-20.

↵

The Tribe will play interleague road series against the St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati, and the Houston Astros.

↵

Times of games have yet to be determined.

↵

The 2012 All-Star Game will be played in Kansas City on July 10.
