The Cleveland Indians wrap up their 2012 season with a three-game series against the Chicago White Sox that begins on Monday night. The Indians aren't in the playoff picture, but they can end Chicago's AL Central chances with a victory. The White Sox are three games behind Detroit with three games to play, and as such can not afford a single defeat.

The Indians took a series from Kansas City over the weekend and they've won six of 10, which includes a pair of wins over Chicago. The White Sox, meanwhile, have slumped their way out of first place in the Central -- they're just 2-8 over their last 10 games.
The Indians are scheduled to start Corey Kluber (2-4, 5.02 ERA) on the mound, and the White Sox are expected to go with Hector Santiago (3-1, 3.69). Kluber is coming off a win in his last start, which was against the White Sox on Sept. 25.
