The Cleveland Indians needed a bit of luck to get out of Seattle with two wins out of their three game series with the Mariners, but win they did to push themselves over .500 in the early stages of this season. The Oakland Athletics are no slouches right now, winning three straight games to push themselves to .500. And those three wins weren't against a slouch either, as they played the talent loaded Los Angeles Angels.

Essentially, both teams are hot right now as they face off for a three game set in Oakland starting on Friday.

The Indians will send Ubaldo Jimenez to the mound. The former Rockies pitcher has done moderately well in his two starts so far en route to a 1-0 record. He'll face Graham Godfrey, who has already been pegged with two losses but actually has a better ERA than Ubaldo so far. (4.09 vs. 4.50)

The game will be at O.co Coliseum at 10:05 p.m. ET.
