Indians Vs. Athletics: Cleveland Looking For Another Win To Finish Fabulous Road Trip

The Cleveland Indians (8-5) wrap-up their three-game weekend series against the Oakland Athletics (7-9) on Sunday afternoon looking for a clean sweep before heading home.

The Indians may prefer to stay on the road which has been treating them quite well. The Indians won the first two games of the series against Oakland to move their record to 7-1 on their current roadie. Cleveland will start right-hander Justin Masterson who is looking to redeem himself after an poor start in his last outing at Seattle. Masterson was chased in the fourth inning against the Mariners after giving up seven hits, four walks and eight earned runs, although his teammates picked him up by rallying to win the game.

Oakland will send right-hander Tyson Ross to the mound to face the Indians. Ross will be making his second start of the season. Ross fared well in his first outing, throwing six innings and giving up two runs in a no decision against the Los Angeles Angels

The game is scheduled to start at 4:05 p.m. ET and will be televised on SportsTime Ohio.
