The Cleveland Indians and Miami Marlins have similar records right now, but it's the Indians that are on a high going into their interleague series against each other at Progressive Field.

The Indians (22-16) are in first place in the AL Central, while the Marlins (20-18) are stuck in fourth in the NL East. Cleveland has a better record going in as well with four straight wins including a sweep of the Seattle Mariners. Miami isn't doing particularly bad but doesn't have a winning streak of that level going, with their last game a loss.

Cleveland will send out Jeanmar Gomez, he of a 2-2 record and 3.73 ERA, to the mound as they seek their fifth straight win. He will face off against Anibal Sanchez, who has a 2.28 ERA and has struck out loads of people this season so far; his 51/12 SO/BB rate is quite impressive.

The game will be at Progressive Field at 4:05 p.m. ET.
