The Cleveland Indians are only a half game behind the Chicago White Sox in the AL Central, but will have to get through the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium if they want to boost themselves up in the standings. They begin a three game set in the Bronx on Monday.

They've already announced a roster move to start the series off, picking up relief pitcher Scott Barnes from triple-A Columbus as reported by Paul Hoynes. Paul speculates that Nick Hagadone will be sent down in Barnes' place after getting roughed up his last few appearances. Jeanmar Gomez could also be a possibility to be sent down after a terrible last start.

The pitching matchup will feature two right handed hurlers as Josh Tomlin (3-4, 5.12) of the Indians takes on Hiroki Kuroda (6-7, 3.57) of the Yankees.

The game will be at Yankee Stadium at 7:05 p.m. ET.
