Saturday's starter Hiroki Kuroda and Yankees pitchers in general have been rough on Cleveland this season. Kuroda looks to add to an impressive string of starts (5-1 in his last 10) while sending Cleveland to its 10th consecutive loss.
Cleveland has scored one run in each of its last three games and have dropped 22 of its last 24 games. An Indians loss would make it the second time since July 27 the team has lost 10 consecutive games.
The Tribe will counter with Justin Masterson (9-11, 4.73), the last Indians pitcher to register a win. His recent success against the Yankees should give the Indians some confidence. He has a 2.81 ERA in four starts against New York (2-2).
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET at Progressive Field in Cleveland.
