Tuesday will be a light day in the Kontinental Hockey League schedule as only two teams will be on the ice. After 10 games on Monday and 11 more scheduled for Wednesday, only Slovan Bratislava and Sibir Novosibirsk will be in action on Tuesday.
With only Slovan and Sibir on the ice on Tuesday, no Columbus Blue Jackets are scheduled to be in action. Artem Anisimov's Lokomotiv Yaroslavl team is off after winning 2-1 on Monday. Nikita Nikitin and Avangard Omsk will return to action on Wednesday after not playing since Sunday.
Sergei Bobrovsky and SKA St. Petersburgh will get a well earned day off after a 4-1 win over Spartak Moscow on Monday. Bobrovsky started at goaltender and allowed one goal on 24 shots. SKA will be back on the ice on Wednesday against Dinamo Riga.
While none of the three Blue Jackets playing in the KHL will be on the ice on Tuesday, all three will be in action Wednesday.
