Blue Jackets Vs. Rangers: Columbus Goes Down In Overtime, 3-2

The Columbus Blue Jackets travel to the East Coast to take on the formidable Rangers on Sunday night. The Jackets will have a tall order on their hands as they try for a win.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have been struggling all season long, the effects of which can be seen reflected in their dismal 17-35-6 record. They can also be seen in the headlines, as rumors swirl of the team looking to shop their star captain, Rick Nash.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, the Blue Jackets will have a very tough task ahead of them, as they travel to face off against one of the very best teams in the NHL, the New York Rangers, who are 7-2-1 over their last 10 and sit comfortably atop the Atlantic Division.

Columbus will certainly have their work cut out for them tonight. Although the Rangers are coming off a loss against the Chicago Blackhawks, they haven't dropped back-to-back games since the middle of December.

The puck drops at 8:00 p.m. ET at Madison Square Garden. The game will be televised on FS-O, or you can listen to it live on 97.1 The Fan.
