Blue Jackets Vs. Coyotes: Columbus Looks To Finish The Season Strong

The Columbus Blue Jackets are working on a three-game win streak as they head to Phoenix to face the Coyotes.

The Columbus Blue Jackets take a three-game win streak into Tuesday night's showdown with the playoff-hunting Phoenix Coyotes. Phoenix is currently 7th in the West, a point up on eighth-place San Jose and two points ahead of Dallas.

The Blue Jackets have been eliminated from playoff contention, but they continue to play hard and compete as the season nears its conclusion. Via FoxNews.com:

Columbus has outscored opponents 13-5 over its win streak, with Rick Nash logging a pair of goals and eight points over his last five games.

"Right now we are a very dangerous hockey team," said York. "We've played with a lot of pride and we've competed the last few games."

The Blue Jackets travel to Colorado for a game Thursday, before concluding the season at home against the Islanders.
