Freshman Jared Sullinger scored 24 points to go along with 12 rebounds as the Ohio St. Buckeyes hoops squad beat a game Iowa Hawkeyes team on the road 73-68. It was a come-from-behind win for Thad Matta’s group – the Buckeyes were down 35-29 at haltime – but used a 29-10 run to start the second half to take control of the game.
Iowa made it interesting down the stretch, cutting a 13-point Buckeyes lead to 71-68 with 24 seconds to go but Aaron Craft sealed it for the Buckeyes with a pair of free throws.
