Jared Sullinger returned mid-week s the No. 2 rated Ohio State Buckeyes earned an 82-58 win over South Carolina-Upstate at hte Schottenstein Center. His returned made the Bckeyes look unstoppable once again, and they will try to carry that momentum over to this Saturday's game at South Carolina. The Gamecocks come in at a meager 4-5 on the season, but they have a history of pulling shocking upsets on their home floor. This season's team already lost by 25 points to North Carolina, but two seasons ago they stunned No. 1 Kentucky on their home floor 68-62 despite finishing the season with a losing record.
In MAC action this weekend 8-1 Ohio heads to Wright State for an in-state contest, while Akron hosts Florida A&M. The Bobcats are off to a solid beginning to this year with their only loss coming by five points to Louisville. That is an impressive performance against one of the nation's top 5 teams.
