Jared Sullinger Injury: Ohio State Buckeyes Expect Big Man's Return

Jared Sullinger is expected to be a lottery pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, but the Ohio State Buckeyes big man is still currently trying to help his college team move closer to an NCAA championship. The sophomore has been intermittently injured for the past few games, but he seems to be moving closer to healthy.

Sullinger was forced out of the Buckeyes' last game with a foot injury after missing the team's previous two games with a back injury, but head coach Thad Matta expects his big man to play on Tuesday night against Lamar.

"I'm expecting him to play, just from what he's saying, how much better it felt yesterday than it did on Saturday and how much better it feels today than it did on Sunday," said Matta, who picked up his 200th Ohio State win in Saturday's game.

Sullinger likely won't be leaned on too heavily against Lamar, but it's a good sign that he's healthy enough to play at all with the multitude of injuries he's been dealing with as of late.
