Video Of The Day: Johnny McEntee: Trick Shot Quarterback

We've seen trick shot videos before, most involving basketball shots from the upper levels of arenas, or from the top of a building.  You know, easy stuff with a ball that is perfectly round.  I joke, of course, but what about the same kind of shots with an oblong object, like a football.  That's exactly what UCONN backup quarterback Johnny McEntee can do, and some of these throws are almost unbelievable to watch.

In the four-minute long video below, McEntee knocks a water bottle off someone's head from 20 yards away, breaks a plate that is thrown into the air and makes several baskets from deep, deep, deep in Gampel Pavilion.

McEntee hasn't made an impact on the field for the Huskies - he's appeared in just one game in two seasons - but if this college quarterback thing doesn't work out he definitely has a future as a halftime performer during NBA games, or as entertainment at birthday parties.
